The KEEP FIT CLASSES are suitable for anyone to join in straight away as the class allows you to work at your own pace and within your own limits.

Paula is the FIRST INSTRUCTOR in AQUA ZUMBA who is certified and licensed to offer these classes in SPAIN !!! No Aqua Zumba classes can be offered by any Zumba teachers without attending the course.......
